WCNC Badges must be worn at all times and are necessary for admittance to all WCNC Sessions, shuttle buses, CTIA WIRELESS Keynotes, and the Exhibit Floor. You must wear your name badge at all times while in the Ernest Morial Convention Center.

19:00 - 20:30 buses will drop off at the Hotel Inter-Continental New Orleans and at key spots for other hotels in the centeral business district and convention center area
SPEAKER'S BREAKFAST & LUNCH
Technical Session and Panels speakers with presentations on Monday afternoon should attend the speaker's luncheon on Monday from 12:30 - 13:30 in room 202 of the convention center. Speakers with presentations on Tuesday - Thursday should attend the speaker's breakfast on the morning of their presentation in the LaSalle C room of the Hotel Inter-Continental New Orleans from 7:00 - 8:00. Please set with the session chair and authors of your session.
SPEAKER REHEARSAL ROOM
Room 216 of the Convention Center will be quipped with an LCD projector. Overhead Projector Screen and may be used to review or rehearse your presentations. The room will be open Monday - Thursday during the hours of the conference.
STUDENT TRAVEL GRANT CHECKS
You will receive a certificate honoring your grant at the Speakers Breakfast/Luncheon on the day of your presentation. You must check in at the speakers breakfast/luncheon on the day of your presentation in order to receive your grant.
WCNC NETWORKING AM/PM BREAKS
Networking AM/PM Breaks will be in the lobby of the WCNC Meeting Area.
Complimentary Wi-Fi Internet Access will be available to all attendees with Wi-Fi compatible devices in the Public Areas and Pre-Function Areas of the Convention Center. WiFi Acess will be available Monday - Thursday only.
RESTAURANTS AND REFRESHMENTS
Food Courts and Restaurants are conveniently located throughout the Convention Center. Concessions are available on the CTIA Exhibit Floor. In addition to the food court, the River Walk can easily be accessed outside of Hall A.
NEW ORLEANS INFORMATION AND RESTURANT RESERVATIONS
A representative of Convention Hospitality Services will be in the WCNC break area from 13:00 - 18:00 Monday - Wednesday to assist you with dinner and tour reservations and to answer your questions on New Orleans.
